We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Product & Engineering team for a Lead Blockchain Developer. As our Lead Blockchain Developer, you will be performing blockchain development work and building an internal team of blockchain developers. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in blockchain development, has leadership experience, and excels in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities. This position is open to all candidates, including those outside the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain blockchain applications for a new product
- Generate innovative ideas for product features
- Develop & execute a product roadmap
- Hire and lead a team of internal blockchain developers
Requirements
- High level of attention to detail
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve high quality results efficiently
- Deeply involved in the blockchain industry & stays ahead of trends
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with blockchain programming languages
- Experience with cryptography
- Experience leading a team of blockchain developers
- Bachelor’s degree
This is a remote-based role which requires working 40 hours per week. Compensation depends on experience.
