The Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of FSXBT and establish it as the go-to platform for crypto and financial market intelligence. As the CEO, you will shape the company’s strategic direction, foster partnerships, and spearhead innovation in an industry that thrives on speed and accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leadership & Vision: Define and execute the long-term vision for FSXBT, aligning the team and stakeholders with the company’s mission.
• Strategic Growth: Oversee product development, including the launch of the MVP, multimedia expansion, and the creation of scalable infrastructure.
• Market Positioning: Build FSXBT’s presence as the leading source for AI-driven crypto intelligence.
• Partnerships & Monetization: Develop relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and strategic partners to expand market reach and create monetization opportunities (e.g., subscription tiers and developer ecosystems).
• Team Building: Recruit and manage a multidisciplinary team to support product, marketing, and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Experience: Proven track record in leadership roles, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or AI-driven platforms. Or a PhD in an AI related field 
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including trading, analytics, and blockchain technology.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to identify market opportunities, formulate effective strategies, and lead execution.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with AI, data aggregation, and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate a compelling vision to stakeholders, investors, and the broader market. Able to represent the project in podcasts, twitter spaces and at public conferences. 
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A risk-taker who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
