You’ll own the entire sales process, collaborating closely with visionary leaders across the company—including product, marketing, and even our founders. Main Responsibilities

Challenging the status quo by positioning Alchemy’s differentiation and value to Founders and business buyers Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline of top-tier Blockchain networks while running an efficient sales process. Strategic, research-based outbound prospecting and opportunity qualification. Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives. Build, maintain, and own specific relationship and power maps for your territory, including for existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Develop a deep comprehension of the prospect’s business. Identify a robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, marketing, solutions engineering, customer success, sales development) to achieve customer satisfaction. Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with blockchain network founders by selling business outcomes and quantifiable value. Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly intelligent and articulate. High EQ. Self-aware, Coachable. Resourceful. Humble Good Human. We are looking for superstars. Not rockstars. Entrepreneurial/Builder mindset. Comfortable performing in a hyper-growth environment Has demonstrated success in closing $250k+ arr contracts from a lead that was sourced through outbound prospecting Experience selling complex technology with limited resources in a rapidly evolving industry A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. Top 5% consistently over the last 3-5 years. Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, Outcome Based Selling, Challenger Sales). Demonstrated ability to collaboratively build a business case with prospects around identified pain with a direct tie to differentiated product capabilities. Can articulate business value of complex enterprise technology. Skilled in building business champions and leading a high-impact sales process. Strong Discovery, Objection Handling, negotiating, and Closing Skills. Track record of exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+ arr and operated with an average annual deal size of $100k+. Experience working for an innovative high-growth tech company (Web3, enterprise SaaS, Developer infrastructure, or similar preferred).

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary and equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as a 401k and unlimited flexible time off. The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $200K- $400K OTE annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
