The Company

Swan is a leading Bitcoin-only financial services company supporting individuals and companies throughout their Bitcoin journey. We hire passionate Bitcoiners who want to work with a self-motivated and fully distributed startup team.

The Role

Swan is looking to hire an Account Executive to work closely with HNW clients throughout their Bitcoin journey and to work with a dedicated Private Client Managing Director.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships, identify needs, and review investment goals related to Bitcoin.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients by providing high-quality and bespoke support throughout their Bitcoin journey.
  • Serves as a client dedicated contact for a wide spectrum of topics related to Swan services and Bitcoin.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine when to pass a lead to a Managing Director
  • Coordinate with account managers and managing directors to support the overall sales environment

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

  • The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin expert with deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, and Bitcoin fundamentals.
  • Has experience with business development, wealth, and relationship management.
  • Knows how to deeply listen, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities.

What does an account manager do?

Account managers are responsible for managing relationships with specific clients or customer accounts

Their primary role is to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the products or services they are receiving, and to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise

In order to effectively manage their accounts, account managers typically perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
  • Handling any problems or issues that arise, and working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
  • Monitoring the performance of the account and making recommendations for improvement
  • Upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
  • Providing regular reports to clients on the status of their accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
