Fuse is building Project Zero, designed to accelerate the renewable energy transition and enable cheap, abundant energy for all, now with $90M in funding.
Weāre building a global DePIN network of distributed energy resources (DERs) to make our energy cleaner and our grids more resilient. This is a key blocker to transitioning to net zero, and we are intent on solving it. The project will incentivise actions such as shifting energy demand, deploying DERs, generating renewable electricity, and electrification.
We are developing systems that will make energy cheaper, greener, and more accessible for everyone.
We are now looking for a Web3 Community Lead to leverage their experience building communities for tier 1 projects to create a global community for Project Zero. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto community, what makes it tick, and the key levers that make it excited and supportive of a new project.
- Proven track record of building a large community for a top crypto project.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing community growth roadmaps.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DePIN projects.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts within the energy sector.

Responsibilities
- Growth Roadmap Development:
- Create a comprehensive community growth roadmap with clear KPIs and milestones.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet or exceed growth targets.
- Community Building:
- Develop and execute strategies to build a large, engaged community around our project.
- Leverage your experience from top crypto projects to attract and retain community members.
- Bonus if you have built your own community from the ground up.
- Technical Communication:
- Gain a deep understanding of our DePIN project and its technical aspects.
- Explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Produce high-quality content, such as articles, tutorials, and updates.
- Engagement and Moderation:
- Build a positive and ecstatic community environment across multiple platforms (e.g., X, Discord, Telegram, Reddit).
- Engage with the community on various channels.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering.
- Provide community insights to inform product development.
- Reporting:
- Track community metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
