About the Opportunity
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens,trading options etc. We are seeking for a Data Analyst to join the Trading analysis team.
- Responsible for the overall business analysis of trading product.
- Implement data-driven approaches to find the optimal solution for business growth, from the perspectives of market share, company revenue, user transaction costs, etc.
- Develop and improve existing data analysis tools, including automated data reporting mechanisms, automatic data alarm system and dashboard, to improve efficiency of fetching and analyzing data.
- Ability to dive into the business, to dig into key-points and problems, to build data models independently, to output data reports regularly, and to identify business issues in a timely manner.
- Carry out analysis projects independently with concrete conclusions and feasible schemes, as well as drive the implementation of business decisions.
- Experience data analysis or business analysis for Internet companies, able to independently take charge of medium and large scale analysis projects.
- Have good data sensitivity to extract core metrics/indexes from business logic/user scenarios , and to draw conclusions from massive amounts of data.Skilled in mainstream data analysis tools such as Hive, SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.
- Possess rigorous logical thinking and are skilled at organizing and coordinating resources to solve problems and achieve collaborative goals between departments.
- You're proactive, self-driven, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others as a part of a team.
- Have experience in trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options,Math, statistics, computer, finance, economics and other related majors preferred
- Have experience in team management. Preferably a multinational team relationship
- Familiar with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets;
- Familiar with Crypto Wallet Product and On-chain transaction details;
- Familiar with DeFi ecosystem and contract interaction details;
- Rich experiences in Exploring DeFi protocols
