Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crypto Finance & Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for handling cryptocurrency transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cryptocurrency management and financial accounting practices, along with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute and manage cryptocurrency payments to contractors, partner companies, and between internal company accounts.
• Accurately record and promptly process all crypto transactions.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records of all cryptocurrency activities and holdings.
• Regularly reconcile cryptocurrency accounts, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on cryptocurrency holdings, transactions, and performance.
• Ensure the secure management of crypto assets by strictly adhering to best practices for storage, transaction signing, and verification.
• Monitor the company's cryptocurrency portfolio, providing regular updates and insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align cryptocurrency activities with broader financial strategies.
• Support audits and compliance reviews related to cryptocurrency assets and transactions.
• Identify suitable cryptocurrency account providers, open new company crypto accounts upon request, and actively participate in the due diligence process.

Requirements

• Located in Montenegro.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency operations, including transaction signing and verification processes.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience in cryptocurrency handling, financial reporting, or accounting roles is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
