Role & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with internal teams (such as product development, legal, and marketing) to gather all necessary information and documentation for new listings.
2. Input, update, and maintain detailed and accurate information for each listing, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery.
3. Ensure that all listings meet company standards and guidelines. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
4. Use SEO and other optimization techniques to enhance the visibility and searchability of listings.
5. Verify that all listings comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
6. Assist clients, vendors, or partners with the listing process, providing guidance and support as needed.
7. Track the performance of listings and make recommendations for improvements based on analytics and market trends.

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product listing management, or a related role.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with e-commerce platforms and listing tools.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with SEO principles and e-commerce best practices is a plus.
