About the Role:
 
Limit Break is looking for a Senior Creative Producer with an established background in video game production to work across our Creative and Game Design teams. In this role, you will be responsible for driving delivery of our creative and design roadmaps, maintaining team alignment, and building sustainable processes for game development.
 
Responsibilities:

       Be the primary production contact for a game creative team, working closely with creative leadership to keep the team on track.
       Empower downwards and horizontally with the dev team to ensure work priorities are aligned and team members are unblocked.
       Communicate clearly upwards to various stakeholders the production status of line-items in the production plan.
       Coach team members and implement standard methodologies in the usage of project management, documentation, and file-sharing tools and repositories.
       Create and manage team-level and project-level dashboards to plan work efforts and communicate progress in a consistent manner.
       Generate and maintain Agile/Scrum boards for the team’s projects and ensure tasks are created with sufficient detail and are kept up to date.
       Facilitate sprint planning, task prioritization, backlog grooming/refinement, and retrospective/ post-mortem sessions for projects.
       Be accountable for the relevancy and accuracy of project information.
       Work alongside internal and external art teams, aligning deliverables towards objectives and milestones.

Qualifications:

       Be an expert on Agile development theory and have implemented various forms of Agile development methodologies within creative dev teams.
       Have a working knowledge of traditional waterfall structures and be able to organize production timelines around dependencies and bottlenecks.
       Experience with the Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides) for project documentation.
       Extensive project management experience, developing and managing schedule, scope, budget, resource plans, issues, risks, communications, quality/testing plans, and release plans.
       Be self-motivated, highly organized with strong communication and time management skills.
       Expert knowledge and demonstrated aptitude with art production and pipelines.
       Ability to work with art direction to manage multiple projects from a creative lens.
       Speaks the language of artists and game designers to break down bottlenecks and align the creative team.
 
A plus:

       Understanding of the end-to-end game development process with an eye on moving from production to live operations.
       Experience working with and managing vendor contracts.
