About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling Zamp. This role is crucial for attracting and retaining top talent that aligns with our innovative vision and company culture. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in the internet/ fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Zamp.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the founder and the larger team to understand the hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
    • Employer Branding: Enhance Zamp’s employer brand by creating compelling job postings and promoting our company culture.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
    • Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
    • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve processes.

Qualifications & Skill Set required:

    • 6 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates.
    • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
    • A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
