Intern Program Experience

FantomStarter’s internship program strives to provide talented students with experiential learning opportunities, designed to encourage the practical application of theoretical knowledge and to develop functional and industry knowledge and skills.

We are looking for talented interns to join our marketing team. FantomStarter is a rapidly growing Fintech startup in the crypto space with and ambitious and experienced team.

The individual joining the team will receive the experience of working at an early stage start-up and will be able to see their contributions make a difference for the company.

Each Intern will receive:

• Meaningful project (or projects!) to be presented to the FS team
• Opportunities to learn and apply business skills
• Opportunity to attend information sessions and hear from a variety of company leaders
• Feedback summary and reviews (end of 12 weeks)
• Opportunities for the continuation of internships and full-time positions

Projects to be completed include:

• Assist and Manage FS Social / Community engagement
• Discord/ Medium / Twitter / Email / SEO / YouTube channels
• Participate in Project AMA’s / Production
• Help Develop Educational Content
• Article Writing
• Viral Sweep Initiatives
• Investor Communications
• Social Engagement / Analytics
• Collaborate with Marketing Team / Onboarded Project Marketing Initiatives

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Reporting to the CEO, you will be assigned a concrete project that you will be responsible for from start to finish.
• Research our core audience and identify/create the growth strategy for the defined growth project.
• Establish OKRs and success metrics for the project.
• Implement the marketing strategy by laying out your execution plan in detail to the core team.
• Participate in team meetings to forecast, track, and report on the results to the whole company.

Experience and interests:

• Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to learn new things and get their hands dirty.
• Passionate about FantomStarter’s mission to build powerful NFT financial products that are equally available to everyone everywhere.
• Social media experience (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest
• Experience with cryptocurrencies or NFTs.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Marketing is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi NFTs
• Track record of helping coordinate marketing campaigns (people, process and platforms)
• Fast learner, creative
• Excellent English language skills are required.

FantomStarter focuses on Investment Management, Angels, Invest Online, Blockchains, and Investors. Their company has offices in Amsterdam. They have a small team that's between 11-50 employees.
