Your mission

As a Senior Business Services Recruiter at Bitpanda you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and selecting top-tier talent to support the business hiring needs.

You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber candidates who possess the commercial skills and cultural fit required to thrive in our innovative work environment.

What you’ll do

  • Based in Amsterdam you will recruit top talent globally for our hubs in Vienna, Amsterdam, Bucharest, Berlin and Barcelona!
  • You will manage the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process and build relevant global sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
  • Leveraging your extensive candidate network and utilising various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partnering with our hiring leaders across the business to understand the hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals.
  • Provide a flawless, high-touch candidate interview experience for every candidate from application through to offer stage.
  • Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview.
  • Track and analyse metrics to report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular basis.

Who you are

  • Relevant experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, ideally including in-house experience within a fast-paced growth environment, managing multiple hires across the business.
  • Consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting talent and solving business issues by designing effective hiring strategies.
  • Experience building productive relationships across the business and influencing your stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment, we love data and want you to support hiring rationale based on insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
